Today is the third annual Chardonnay Day, an international event dedicated to showcasing one of the world’s most beloved grapes. There are lots of ways to get involved in Chardonnay Day and we hope you do! The first option is to get involved online. #ChardDay is the hashtag we will be using to be part of the conversation on Twitter (@ImportsWH). Let us know which of our Chardonnays you love! Secondly, many local wineries and restaurants are having tastings and offering free educational events. If you’d like to find more information on those, check out the Forkly app (available on iPhones and iPads) or the Spotlight Mobile Event Guide (available on iPhones and iPads).
For those of you elsewhere and for those who want to have a quiet night in, share a bottle of Chardonnay with a friend or two.
No matter how you celebrate Chardonnay Day, all of us at William-Harrison Imports hope you enjoy it responsibly.

One of our Portuguese wines by Quinta de la Rosa, La Rosa Reserva 2009, received a 5 star Decanter Award in this May's edition.
"Concentrated, uplifting, and intense nose of mocha, dark cherry, herb, raspberry, blackberry, and violet. Powerful, mouth-filling fruit which is well defined and juicy. It shows real finesse underpinned by a sophisticated structure. A cooler Douro style."
